The Grape Juice Plus Wine Tasting Group again celebrated the mustard season by attending The Marketplace, the Napa Valley Mustard Festival's signature event which was held on Saturday & Sunday, March 13 & 14 from 11am to 5pm at COPIA, the American Center for Wine, Food, & the Arts. An assortment of mustards, wines, cuisine, and gourmet products were showcased at the event. Tickets were $35 at the door for the food & wine tasting package.
Here's everybody's thoughts on the day:
- Chad N. - I kind of liked the Exposition Center location a little better. It seemed to be more set up for this kind of event. There were some good mustards. The food was a little expensive. I mean this is a chance for these vendors to get there name out there so people try there products and they make everything so expensive you don't want to use up your meal tickets on such a small portion. Noah Vineyards was my favorite of the wines I tried.
